Hours: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Job Summary:

This is not a remote position, and you must live within the geographic area of O’Hare Airport, Chicago to report to office.

The Aircraft Maintenance Admin will utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to track, collect required data, produce reports, and communicate the status of Regulatory Compliance as well as compliance with the Local 2727 Contract. He/She will utilize the the 2727 Bargaining Agreement to analyze schedules and make necessary decisions and communicate to the management teams for TDY administration as well as training set-up and travel accommodations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling monthly billing in Coupa as well as other purchasing methods.
  • Scheduling hearing test coordination and ordering of supplies, etc.
  • Must be able to work overtime based on coverage needs.

Required Skills:

  • Keyboarding, filing, and telephone communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to create queries and develop reports.

Preferred Skills :

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills a plus.
  • General knowledge of UPS Air or Aircraft Maintenance operations.

Interpersonal Skills:

This job requires attention to detail and good communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels of management and union employees.
