Responsibilities
* Participate in and lead all stages of implementation
* Formulate business requirements and develop system designs
* Oversee software configuration, testing, training, and deployment
* Manage project progress proactively
* Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
* Cultivate strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor
* Handle resource scheduling and project management
* Supervise and mentor team members
* Act as an escalation point of contact
Qualifications
* Experience in the implementation and utilization of D365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar mid-market ERP system
* Familiarity with major business life-cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and production
* Understanding of database structure and design
* Proven problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
* Strong decision-making and time management skills
* Ability to collaborate within and lead small teams
