Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies to drive successful transition across multiple concurrent initiatives at a department, sight and/or enterprise level. Create and own the dissemination planning and implementation strategies to ensure endusers have appropriate level of awareness and knowledge of upcoming change. The role will be to focus on the impact of change, created by or in conjunction with Plummer Chart and/or other clinical system activities. The aim of this role is to minimize the negative effects and maximize the benefits of change. The focus of the Clinical Systems Change Manager will be on the people side of change- identifying the impact of change, delivering proactive and effective communication throughout the change, partnering with the practice to implement change and evaluating the outcomes of change.

Qualifications

BA or BS with 7+ years related experience preferably in Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field or Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience. Demonstrated project and program management skills as well as experience leading organizational change initiatives. Experience working with ADKAR model of change management.
Preferred: Change Management professional and/or project management certification. Experience working with EPIC electronic health record. Communications work including organizational newsletter contribution and production as well as website design and maintenance.
Preferred: Change Management certification preferred (Change management foundation certificate, Change Management Practitioner, Change Management Specialist (CMS), Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Manager Foundation (CCMF), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
