Job Description


LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Data Entry Clerk for full-time data entry jobs. Our client is looking to expand their team with a Data Entry Clerk to better support the main office. This position will require you to work on a variety of independent projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a position that will require you to work in the United States.


Data entry skill and precision that is both strong and accurate

Examine the source documents to find the relevant information; Notify the appropriate individual(s) of any errors discovered and proceed to correct them to ensure that the processing is both quick and accurate.

Input and/or update data into relevant databases (multiple screens); Following data entry, you should organize and store the paper documents.

Retrieve the requested data.


Essential Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

A high school diploma is required, and two years of administrative experience is preferred.

Capability to operate a wide range of office equipment, including most standard office machines Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills, as well as strong computer skills and attention to detail

punctuality and dependability in attendance during regular business hours

Excel proficiency at an advanced level, as well as proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Teams).

Multitasking ability, independent thinking, or planning abilities


The hourly wage ranges between $15 and $16.
