About The Role

Seeking Alpha is in search of a dedicated and innovative Email Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team on a full-time basis. This key role involves comprehensive management of our email strategy, focusing on integrated and unique campaigns that propel our brand and drive revenue

The Email Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts and will possess extensive knowledge and proficiency in HubSpot, Subscriber and Compliance management, Creative Email Design, Quality Assurance, and Reporting and Analysis. This person will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns that engage our active investor audience and lead to achieving our company objectives.

Working in a dynamic and cooperative environment, you are going to represent the link between creative, data, and development departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Also, you will regularly conduct and report on A/B tests, and present performance reports of email initiatives to company key stakeholders..

This is an opportunity to leverage your strong expertise in B2C email marketing and proficiency in using marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot, to create effective campaigns that engage, convert, and retain our audience. Your excellent written communication and copywriting skills paired with your familiarity with analytical and database tools, will enable to succeed in this role. Prior experience in investing would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize HubSpot to own email marketing strategy, execution, and goals to accelerate growth, increase funnel conversion, and drive revenue
• Strategize, plan, and ideate new ideas for email initiatives, from one-off campaigns to email automation
• Manage email initiatives from the ideation phase to execution, and be involved in every stage including outlines for copy, design suggestions, and tasks for the development team
• Collaborate closely with different departments and teams: copywriting, design, data, dev and QA
• Plan and conduct AB tests on email campaigns to continually optimize performance
• Report on performance of email initiatives, including reports to C-level executives

Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in B2C email marketing
• Proficient in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot experience and certifications highly desired)
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous investing experience is a plus
• English level – native/mother tongue level

The applicable salary range for this position is $65,000/yr to $85,000/yr which depends on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand
