Responsibilities

The ELMS Support Specialist will consult closely with the Program Manager and project team in support of Computer-Aided Facilities Management Integrated Workplace Management Systems application software implementation, customization, and upgrade projects using the CAFM/IWMS Software. Supports current drawings and systems maintenance, relevant reports generation and supports all aspects of the technology solution. Supports the delivery of various services, including support, training, implementation/upgrade technical consulting, business process workflow analysis, data migration and cleanup, project management, and software configuration. Supports new services opportunities and provides miscellaneous program support as directed.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and previous CAFM & CAD experience is preferred. Minimum of two years of technical training in CADD, computer operating systems or other computer software applications is required. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience with AutoCAD. Working knowledge of FM: Systems software or similar CAFM/IWMS software. Technical expertise in report development, software installation and troubleshooting highly desirable. Experience with FM Systems, AutoCAD/Revit is preferred. Relational Databases. Data mapping for import/export. Team, project, or technical lead.
