Job Description
At Skechers we are at the forefront of digital security, and we’re in search of an exceptional IAM Engineer with a specialized focus on secure authentication to join our innovative team. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions. Your profound expertise will ensure the utmost security and reliability of our authentication processes, effectively safeguarding our organization and client data from unauthorized access.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
- IAM Strategy Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of IAM strategies, including role-based access, least privilege, identities, segregation of duties, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, permissions, and access control concepts.
- Extensive IAM Technology Proficiency: Showcase extensive hands-on experience with IAM technologies, encompassing Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, LDAP, and similar directory services. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions.
- Secure Authentication Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in secure authentication, encompassing authentication protocols, standards, and technologies. Your role will focus on ensuring the security and reliability of authentication processes.
- Collaborative Team Player: Exhibit exceptional teamwork and communication skills, effectively conveying complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and have a proven ability to mentor peers.
Additional Responsibilities-
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Stay up to date with the latest identity and access management best practices, including Zero Trust Architecture, Consumer IAM, and nonhuman identity management.
- Keep informed about evolving IT and information security trends.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams to drive security maturity.
- Contribute positively to fostering an information security culture within the organization.
Qualifications
Job Requirements-
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communicator
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with multiple authentication and authorization solutions and directory platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with identity management solutions, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Duo, Okta, etc.
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- GIAC, (ISC)2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.

125K – 160K Salary
