Job Summary And Qualifications
The CereCore Marketing Specialist supports the growth of CereCore by creating, executing and monitoring effective marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives. This includes creating targeted campaign plans for decision makers and stakeholders of healthcare IT services as well as campaign execution, tracking, and alignment with business development/sales team for strong follow-up and lead nurture. S/he will have a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns, promotions, managing lead programs, nurture outreach, and related efforts that drive awareness and sales growth for healthcare technology services. S/he should be an effective communicator, detail-oriented, and be able to track and manage multiple campaign initiatives for effective demand generation geared toward hard-to-engage decision makers. This role is well suited for a collaborative team player that has a healthy mix of creativity, communication and planning skills, and a love of database segmentation and lead metrics.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that position and promote CereCore’s services – including outbound campaigns, inbound paid lead generation programs, events, presentations, webinars, sales positioning, etc.
  • Ensure alignment with business development (pre-sales team) for the best outcomes on marketing programs. Collaborates with the team to ensure they are well prepared with campaign materials, pitch decks, lead follow-up, and sales resources.
  • Serve as team lead for HubSpot marketing automation and prospect database segmentation. Coordinates workflows, data integrity, email marketing, and lead assignment processes.
  • Collaborate with business development and service line leadership on campaign effectiveness, and updates needed to value propositions, battlecards, and service/solutions positioning.
  • Collaborates with other marketing team members including events lead, digital and design lead, and content strategists to maximize use of content and campaign components.
  • Develop and coordinate campaign copy, emails, timelines, and supporting material that conveys our value and services as it relates to the market/target segment. Coordinate with content and graphics leads and with approval processes.
  • Manage allotted campaign budget to maximize return on investment and to ensure marketing deliverables are executed within the agreed upon cost and timeframe.
  • Track and report ROI of campaigns and key demand initiatives to stakeholders, support data-driven decisions on campaign development.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation, lead nurture/engagement, content syndication and paid promotional programs.
  • Demonstrate strong capability in using email marketing, CRM systems, and database management.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed by business.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Undergraduate Degree required
  • One or more years related experience

Other/Special Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and nurture, as well as typical B2B content syndication and paid promotional programs.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools and CRM systems, HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
  • Power-user capability in using email marketing, CRM systems, and database management.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and PowerPoint. Proficient in AP Writing Style
  • A strong understanding of healthcare technology buyer audience (typically the C-suite), market dynamics and requirements
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail required
  • Process-oriented, resourceful, organized, that prefers to use analysis and planning to streamline efforts
  • Tireless, confident, determined professional with great communication skills and enjoys a collaborative team environment where team wins are celebrated
