Accountability

Maximus compensation depends on job location, a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market and internal value analysis, seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. Maximus’s compensation goes beyond annual salary. Short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards are also possible. Maximus also offers health, life, disability, retirement, paid holidays, and time off. Depending on contract value, compensation will match job duties and relevant work experience. Salary history won’t affect compensation.
