This position supports The UPS Stores and Franchisees by executing on the contractual obligation of onsite local support outlined in the Franchise Agreement, Center Operations and Area Operations Manual
Drive center level execution, revenue growth, deliver on exceptional franchisee experience and consistent customer experience
Customer Interaction and Support: the Franchise Consultant is responsible for daily, face-to-face interactions with Franchisees.
Quarterly Center Visits / On-Site Franchisee Support: This role plays a pivotal part in on-site franchisee support, ensuring that customer issues are promptly addressed, enhancing franchisee satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Remote support simply cannot replicate the effectiveness of on-site assistance.
Coordination and delivery of Quarterly Network Meetings: the Franchise Consultant is responsible for hosting quarterly network meetings, fostering collaboration, disseminating information and networking among our franchisees and our organization.
Supporting the Project Coordinator in the execution of the Transfer, Renewal, New Center buildout and Relocation processes: The Franchise Consultant provides the on-site support needed for these processes. These projects demand on-site coordination, problem-solving, and immediate decision-making.
Contribution to Profitability and Sales Exercises: The Franchise Consultant engages Franchisees in profitability and sales exercises, contributing to the company’s growth and success, having a deep understanding of local markets and strong financial acumen is a necessity to help foster growth.
• 5+ years of franchisee experience
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
