What You’ll Do

  • As the senior finance manager for central Engineering FP&A, you will play a key role in helping to drive annual planning process. You will manage the financial modeling of the planning model to ensure accurate Booking/Revenue/Gross Margin assignment across the business entities.
  • Manage the QBO consolidation process for Cisco Networking team, ~ 80% of Cisco’s product revenue.
  • Work across the business entities and manage the monthly software forecast process.
  • Drive financial operational improvements, reporting automation and other efficiencies.
  • Work independently, effectively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ad Hoc analysis

Who You’ll Work With

You will be working with the FAs and Controllers in the business entities to understand their planning model. You will also work with the strategy planning lead in Cisco Networking team to manage the QBO process

Who You Are

You are a motivated and hard-working individual, who is enthusiastic to learn and grow within Cisco’s finance organization.

You have excellent communication skills and strong analytical approach, and the ability to work optimally under time pressure.

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
