Technical Account Manager/Customer Success Manager – Remote in Eastern or Central Time Zones – US Citizenship Required

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager, ideally within a managed services provider
  • You have 6+ years of overall experience in technical work including technical support, desktop support, systems and network engineering etc.
  • You’re fascinated by cybersecurity and hungry to continue learning
  • Ideally you’ve supported multiple clients at once as your team handles their O 365 migration projects or Azure cloud migration projects
  • You must be able to work on Eastern time or Central time and located in one of those areas
  • The nature of this business requires US Citizenship

  • Manage accounts in a pod structure, providing project management timelines and interfacing with clients

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $105,000 to $155,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
