What you’ll do

The Merchandising Solution Delivery organization develops the Merchandise Planning software and systems that determine where millions of products will move around the globe to our stores every single day. Our team thrives on positive relationships with our business partners and working diligently to address their needs which support TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly-knit and fast-paced solution delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think creatively.

What you’ll need

You are a motivated, versatile, experienced Senior Staff Engineer who has Oracle Exadata knowledge and experience in designing and implementing business functionality in their assigned Platforms / Products using and creating DevSecOps standard methodologies. You also will support and be responsible for the technical direction of your product team and can communicate plans, as well as direction to technical and non-technical people.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven ability as Oracle PL Developer, with Oracle SQL Developer knowledge and UNIX (KSH) Scripting
• Develop new features and services that are a high level of complexity working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security team
• Design, code, test, deploy & support working software/technology components, working collaboratively with architects and peers.
• Responsible for delivering clean, secure, performant code /technology components that meet all non-functional requirements.
• Build Threat Model, Architecture, Estimates, Design, Code, and COTS configuration for the required

Nice to have:

• Oracle Exadata and Oracle 19 DB knowledge in recent versions (12-19) is a plus.
• Knowledge of and Experience in DevSecOps standard processes.
• Leads discussions and takes part in Development process definitions; and design approaches to solving visible, strategic, and complex business problems.
