We are currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Supervisor who will be a vital part of our team, playing a key role in our company’s financial operations. As a TAS Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy and decision-making processes. Your expertise in financial due diligence, financial statement auditing, and TAS will be put to good use as you guide our team and our company towards financial success.
Responsibilities:
As a Transaction Advisory Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties:
1. Supervising and leading the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients.
2. Conducting financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and investments, and providing insightful recommendations to support decision-making processes.
3. Overseeing financial statement auditing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
5. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, fostering a culture of learning, excellence, and integrity.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in TAS and financial due diligence, and applying this knowledge to improve our services and operations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Transaction Advisory Services Supervisor, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial due diligence, financial statement auditing, and/or TAS.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
3. CPA Eligible, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
5. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle complex financial challenges.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
