Remote Customer Service Representative – AT&T
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about AT&T’s products and services.
- Feedback: Share valuable customer feedback and insights with the team and relevant departments to help improve services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Empathy and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work in a remote, work-from-home environment.
