TCS Ninja Hiring Eligibility Criteria:
- Percentage: Min. aggregate (all semesters) marks should be 60% / 6 CGPA in Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation & Post-Graduation examination
- Backlogs/Arrears: Students should not have more than one active arear/backlog at the time TCS Selection process in the highest qualification. Students should not have any backlog/arrear at the time of joining TCS
- Gap/Break in Education: Break in education should not be due to stretched education (examinations cleared within the stipulated period by the Board / University). Any break in education should not beyond 24 months & is permissible only for valid explanations. Applicable document proof, as relevant, will be checked for breaks in education
- Course Types: Only Full-Time courses will be considered. All backlogs has to be completed within the stipulated time duration.

What is TCS NQT Test (TCS National Qualifier Test)?
TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) is a skill-based test that evaluates candidate’s skills and aptitudes. Each contender who completes the TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) receives an NQT Score. The NQT (Cognitive Skills) Score is relevant for all industries and job roles.
